Do-It-Yourself Security

There are a variety of information security tools and services that are offered or will be offered by Enterprise Information Security. These services are provided to all UCSF members. Please check back frequently as our services will continue to grow over time.

Services

• Web Secure Server Certificate (SSL)  - EIS provides Entrust Web Secure Server Certificates for use by the Campus community for SSL applications.
• Network Device Registration - Network Policy requires that all network gateways (including Wireless Access Points) are registered with EIS.
• Best Practices - Collection of documents to decrease the risk of information security incidents
• Security Awareness, Training and Education - EIS provides security awareness training to members of the UCSF Campus that includes online and in person training.
