To evaluate current services and make recommendations to the IT Governance Committee that address:

Policy and standards;
Interoperability of systems;
Priorities;
Strategic direction;
Best practices;
Two-way communication between end users and service providers;
The demarcation of operational and funding responsibilities between the central IT organizations and end-user departments; and
Rational use of resources.

Unless otherwise stated meetings are from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., in MCB-601-A.
